Application
Every year, program introduction meetings are held for Ege University Faculty of Medicine class II students within the framework of a certain calendar. In this way, our students can have detailed information about the program and the application process. Students who apply on the updated dates every year are taken to an oral and written interview. Considering their academic achievements and interview results, applications are evaluated before the start of the next academic year and accepted students are determined and announced.
To be eligible to apply for the program, the following requirements must be met:
1) To be in the top 5000 in the relevant score type in the Higher Education Institutions Exam Field Proficiency Test, which is based on the placement in the Faculty of Medicine.
2) To get at least 80 points from the central foreign language exams accepted by the Council of Higher Education or the equivalent of this score from the international foreign language exams whose equivalence is accepted by OSYM.
3) Having a minimum of 3 out of 4 general academic grade point averages of the first and second year students of the Faculty of Medicine.
4) To get at least 80 points from ALES (Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Exam).
Students who are accepted to the MD-PHD Integrated Program enroll in the doctoral programs at the relevant Institutes every semester, apart from their registration to the Faculty of Medicine program. Registrations are made according to the academic calendar of the relevant institutes.
