EGE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL-SCIENCE DOCTORATE INTEGRATED PROGRAM REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Candidates eligible to register for our University's Integrated Doctorate of Medicine Program for the 2025-2026 academic year must log in to kimlik.ege.edu.tr on the dates specified below, select the "New Application" tab on the "Student Application" page, upload the required documents in PDF format, and click the "Apply" button. Candidates who do not upload any documents or who upload incomplete documents will not be eligible for registration.
Registration documents will be reviewed by registration staff, and applicants with complete and appropriate documentation will have their applications approved and registration completed. Applicants can track their application status by logging in to kimlik.ege.edu.tr and clicking the "My Applications" tab on the "Student Application" page. Approved applicants will see their application status as "Application Accepted."
Applications submitted by candidates who upload incomplete or incorrect documents will be sent for processing with an explanation, and registration will not be processed. Their application status will be "Returned for processing."
Candidates who are sent back for editing must complete their missing information in the "My Applications" tab by logging into the "Student Application" page at kimlik.ege.edu.tr within the specified registration period and click the "Resend Application" button.
Applications from candidates whose documents and application status do not meet the requirements for registration will be rejected. Rejected applications will display the message "Your Application Has Been Rejected" in the system, and these candidates will not be able to re-apply.

Reserve Registration Date: September 12, 2025

Student ID Card Procedures
Students who have completed their registration will be able to pick up their student ID cards from the relevant student affairs offices.
